A class action lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles after allegations that they violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). According to lead plaintiff Sayan Aboudi, he received numerous calls from T-Mobile attempting to locate a person by the name of Profit Walker. Mr. Aboudi informed them that they had the incorrect number, but the harassment persisted for several months.
