Advice Regarding Arbitration

Many of today’s contracts contain arbitration clauses that require the parties to submit their disputes to an arbitration panel rather than go to court. We can advise you if you are entering arbitration as to what to expect, and may be able to do more than that, depending on the specifics of your contract.
