Domino’s Pizza Reaches Settlement Over Spam Robo-Calls

Domino’s Pizza has reached a $9.75 million class action lawsuit settlement after allegations that they sent pre-recorded phone calls (robo-calls) to consumers’ cell phones without consent in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, (TCPA). Spillman v. Domino’s Pizza LLC and RPM Pizza LLC

Class Members of the Domino’s Pizza robo-call class action settlement include anyone who received a robo-call on their cell phone by or on behalf of  Domino’s Pizza.

To see if you may be involved simply go to www.PizzaSettlement.com and enter the phone number you had from May 20, 2006 to May 20, 2010 in the section “Check to See if You Got a Robo-Call” and the website will confirm if your phone number was included.
