Biography
Gerardo Sosa is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman. Gerardo’s areas of practice include consumer rights and employment litigation, both on an individual and class basis.
After graduating from University of California, Irvine School of Law, Gerardo began practicing civil litigation. Although Gerardo has some experience in defense-side litigation, most of his legal experience has been focused on plaintiff-side practice. Since 2017, Gerardo has litigated claims in both state and federal court, as well as arbitration, in the fields of employment law and consumer rights litigation. Over the years, Gerardo has helped hundreds of clients assert their rights in court and arbitration, amounting
to millions of dollars in damages returned to his clients.
Gerardo has a pragmatic approach to litigation, and always seeks to reach an efficient resolution to legal disputes. However, whether it’s engaging in discovery or motion practice, Gerardo is always ready to face legal challenges on behalf of his clients.
Gerardo is licensed to practice law in California. He is admitted in all of the United States District Courts in California.
