Two years worth of litigation, including a Supreme Court ruling that wound up turning my class action into an arbitration that concluded in a very favorable way (to me!) Were it not for Mr. Friedman’s firm and Adrian Bacon as counsel on my case, I don’t know if I’d be as happy and relieved as I am today. Throughout the arduous, nerve wracking process that is a dispute against a former employer, Adrian and his Junior Associate(s) walked me through each and every step of the process and kept my confidence high while fighting to ultimately achieve the resolution that I sought. I’ll be the first to say that occasionally communication was a little wonky, and I doubt Adrian would disagree, but he always made up for it and more than owned the time or two when that happened. I viewed everything realistically in that I was but one client for a very large firm so no harm, no foul in that regard. They’ll fight for you and help you achieve an outcome that is warranted and deserved. Be realistic in your expectations considering there is rarely such a thing as a quick turn around in the legal world and realize that these folks are fighting for others just like yourself and I promise, you definitely won’t be disappointed. “2011 E350 Mercedes Benz was a lemon Todd got every penny paid for me by the company.” Todd is such an excellent lawyer I was very very happy when he got every dollar I paid for this E350, 2010 model. I was going through starting problems and the mechanic says Ok alright when they were done with that problem. But within couple of months the problem reappeared, I got frustrated. At that moment somebody recommended Todd. He asked for all the paper work with repairs and sent by fax. He was up on the topic and communicated with me all along until I got money from the company. As a matter of fact I paid cash for that purchase. It was a happy ending with not much of troubles on my part. I was and am thankful to Todd.
