Mistakes That Will Wreck Your Car Crash Case

When you have been hurt in an accident, your world can quickly turn upside down.  Dealing with the physical effects of an accident is traumatic enough, now you have to deal with medical bills, insurance companies and lost wages.  For many people it all becomes very overwhelming.

The number one mistake that many people make is,  providing the insurance company with a statement before all of the facts are known.  You are under no obligation to make a statement to the insurance company until you are 100 percent ready.  What can seem like an innocent remark at the time can later be given a sinister twist during cross examination in court or during the settlement negotiations.  For this reason it is a good idea to speak with an attorney that specializes in personal injury before making a recorded statement or signing any documents.

In my new guide-book that I co-wrote with Paul Mankin, “7 Deadly Mistakes That Will Wreck Your Car Crash Case” you will find this and other helpful advice related to auto accidents.  To have a free copy of this guide-book mailed to you please email my office at
